If you have received a charge on your credit card from BEI Souvenir Sales it was for the purchase of merchandise at a live event such as a rock show, sporting event or theatrical show. The live events we deal with travel across Canada, so your receipt will show our Toronto office but you could have purchased your goods anywhere across Canada where the live event had a scheduled performance. If you don't recall buying any merchandise at a live event, please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
